Abstract

Evorie Healthcare Pratama Clinic is a beauty clinic that offers skincare and facial treatments. In running its operations, administrative staff are expected to be able to record patient data and skincare sales information accurately and completely. To improve sales quality and operational efficiency, an effective and computerized sales information system is needed. Therefore, the design of a sales information system at Evorie Healthcare Pratama Clinic is very important. This system is designed using UML to describe activity diagrams in the patient system process, while PHP is used to develop business logic and user interaction through a web interface. MySQL functions as a database to store and manage patient and product data, and generate the required reports. The design of this system aims to improve process efficiency starting from patient registration, data management, to the creation of precise and accurate information reports, which can ultimately improve the overall performance of the clinic.
