Perancangan Aplikasi Simpan Pinjam Pada Koperasi Unit Desa Koto Baru Berbasi Web

Abstract

A cooperative is a business entity consisting of a group of people whose activities are based on family principles which aim to improve and increase the economy for the sake of mutual interest and welfare. KUD Koto Baru is a Village Unit Cooperative in Nagari Koto Baru, Kubung District, Solok Regency. Currently KUD Koto Baru already uses computerization in reporting and data recap activities, but member registration, savings and loan transactions still use paper, where all transaction data needed to make financial reports must be searched in stacks of archives, resulting in inefficiencies in work, because it takes time to find and match existing transactions, apart from that, to view information, prospective members have to come to the cooperative office, which is an activity that is detrimental to prospective members. To overcome this problem, a savings and loan application was created which is able to speed up the savings and loan transaction process, can back up and display all transaction documents. As well as making registration, savings and loan data more efficient and effective because data storage is carried out using a database.
