Salah satunya Akta Perdamaian Nomor 15/Pdt.G/2022/PN Kbr) yang diselesaikan dengan cara mediasi. Pada perkara ini pihak penggugat menyatakan bahwa tanah tersebut merupakan miliknya dengan alasan bahwa tanah tersebut merupakan tanah orang tuanya yang dipakai oleh pihak tergugat. Pengugat dan tergugat mempunyai hubungan hukum, dimana penggugat merupakan adik dari tergugat. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimanakah proses penyelesaian sengketa tanah melalui mediasi di Pengadilan Negeri Koto Baru dalam Akta Perdamaian Nomor 15/Pdt.G/2022/PN Kbr?, 2) Bagaimana peran hakim mediator dalam penyelesaian sengketa tanah melalui mediasi di Pengadilan Negeri Koto Baru dalam Akta Perdamaian Nomor 15/Pdt.G/2022/PN Kbr?. Untuk membahas masalah tersebut penulis menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian 1) Proses penyelesaian sengketa tanah melalui mediasi di Pengadilan Negeri Koto Baru dalam akta perdamaian nomor 15/Pdt.G/2022/PN Kbr yaitu: Mengajukan gugatan ke pengadilan, selanjutnya ketua sidang menujuk hakim mediator. Hakim mediator meneliti dan memeriksa surat-surat dari penggugat dan tergugat, dari keterangan ditemukan bahwa tanah itu sudah dimiliki oleh tergugat, hakim menyarankan agar para pihak melakukan perdamaian. ETLE-based e-Ticket is specifically regulated in Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. The problem in this thesis is the effectiveness of applying ETLE-based fines to traffic violators by the Padang Police and the obstacles in implementing ETLE-based E-tickets to traffic violators by the Padang Police as well as the efforts made by the Padang Police to implement E-Ticket fines. ETLE-based ticketing is effective. In answering the problems in this thesis, the researcher used sociological juridical research methods by conducting interviews with the Padang Police Traffic Unit. Apart from conducting interviews, the researcher also conducted document studies using primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, namely the effectiveness of applying E-Ticket fines based on ETLE to traffic violators in the jurisdiction of the Padang Police by the Padang Police Traffic Unit (Satlantas) is not effective in suppressing traffic violators. The problem in this research is what are the actions of the Solok Arosuka Police in controlling the sale of cigarettes without customs duty in Solok Regency? and what are the obstacles to the Solok Arosuka Police in carrying out control over cigarettes without customs duties in Solok Regency? The research method used by the researcher, namely sociological juridical, is a legal research method which functions to see the law in real terms and examine how the law works in society. The data collection technique used by the researcher is by interviewing members of unit 3 of the Solok Arosuka Police Criminal Investigation Unit, in addition to with interviews, researchers also used primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Pada perkara ini pihak Penggugat menyatakan bahwa yang bersangkutan adalah waris sah dari <em>sako</em> Dt. Putiah Manti Adat Suku Kutie Anyie Nan Balimo Nagari Solok. Sedangkan <em>sako </em>tersebut telah dipakai oleh pihak Tergugat. Perkara ini menarik untuk diteliti karena walaupun <em>sako</em> yang disengketakan telah dipakai tetapi Penggugat tetap melayangkan gugatan terhadap kepemilikan <em>sako </em>tersebut. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses dan peran KAN dalam sengketa s<em>ako </em>diatas. Untuk membahas masalah tersebut penulis menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris yaitu meneliti hukum bekerja di masyarakat. Data diperoleh adalah data primer dan sekunder, didapat dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara langsung ke pihak bidang <em>sako jo pusako </em>di KAN Lubuk Sikarah Kota Solok dan study dokumen. From the results of data collection in the form of a study of the document Decision Number 154/Pid.Sus/2021/PN Kbr, the author found that law enforcement and the imposition of criminal decisions have disparities with those regulated in the criminal provisions in Article 45B of Law Number 19 of </em><em>&nbsp;</em><em>2016 concerning Amendments Based on Law Number 11 of </em><em>&nbsp;</em><em>2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE). The writing method used is normative juridical writing. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the author considers that in this case the public prosecutor charged the defendant Etril Kanpay with a single charge, in which the defendant's actions met the provisions in the formulation of Article 45B in conjunction with Article 29 of the ITE Law, so that the material criminal law provisions were in accordance. The formulation of the problem discussed in this research is how to implement the process of eliminating regional property for items that are not found in the General Section of the Solok City Regional Secretariat and what are the obstacles to eliminating regional property for items that are not found in the General Section of the Solok City Regional Secretariat. This research is included in sociological juridical legal research, the type of research used in this research is field research. Field research is research carried out intensively, in detail and in depth on certain objects which requires a comprehensive and thorough analysis. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results can be obtained that the removal of Regional Property of Goods Not Found by the General Section of the Solok City Regional Secretariat has not been carried out in accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation Number 83/PMK.06/2016 of 2016. The obstacle is that there are no Regional Regulations regarding the unfound regional property. The main obstacles that hinder this are incomplete documents and the lack of clarity regarding the physical items proposed to be written off as items not found, lack of human resources in understanding the technicalities of deletion.
