Impact of Economic Welfare and Facilities Toward Commitment to UMKM Organizational Employees (Case Study of Solok City Food Industry)

This study aims to determine the Impact of Economic Welfare and Facilities on Employee Organizational Commitments on Solok Food Industry UMKM in 2018. Using Multiple Linear Analysis techniques, the type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study were several Solok City Food Industry employees. While the sample of this study was determined using the total sampling method, so that 40 employees were obtained as samples. The type of data used is primary data. The results of this study indicate that, Economic Welfare partially has a significant effect on employee organizational commitment in the Solok City food industry. Facility Welfare partially has no significant effect on organizational commitment in the Solok City food industry. Facility Welfare does not partially affect employee organizational commitment. Economic welfare and facilities simultaneously or jointly influence the commitment of employee organizations. And there are still many variables that affect Organizational Commitment with a percentage of 62,2%.
