Sosialisasi Strategi Produksi dan Pemasaran dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan Produk Cafe Tani

Production and marketing strategies are one of the main activities carried out by businesses to maintain business continuity in developing, this can have an impact on increasing the number of sales. The large number of culinary business actors, especially in the form of coffee shops, which have mushroomed in the community, especially in the city of Pekanbaru, has become a challenge in itself to market their products. Cafe Tani is a coffee shop that was founded in 2018 with the main menu being coffee and various variants of drinks and food. The lack of use of online marketing media means that customers are only around the cafe, plus the decline in sales turnover during the Covid 19 pandemic means that Cafe Tani needs to rethink its production and marketing strategy to increase sales of Cafe Tani products. The method of this activity is in the form of socialization and counseling. With the socialization of production and marketing strategies carried out by the service team and explanation of material regarding optimizing marketing through e-commerce using social media Instagram (IG), Facebook (FB) and Whatsapp Business (WAB), it is hoped that it will provide great benefits for Cafe Tani. as an MSME actor, especially in increasing sales.
