PENGARUH PGPR (Plant Growth Promotoring Rhizobacteria) ASAL DARI PERAKARAN PAITAN (Tithonia diversifolia) PADA BAWANG MERAH (Allium ascalonicum L.)

Shallots are a superior vegetable commodity that farmers have cultivated intensive. The research of PGPR paitan root purpose to determine the effect of PGPR from paitan root and obtain the best dose of PGPR paitan root for growth and production of shallots. This research located in Bawah Gunuang, Lembang Jaya District, Solok Regency, West Sumatra. The research uses Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 6 treatments and 4 groups and 10 plants per treatment. The treatments given were R0 without PGPR from paitan root, R1 50 ml/L PGPR from paitan root, R2 75 ml/L PGPR from paitan root, R3 100 ml/L PGPR from paitan root, R4 125 ml/L PGPR from paitan root and R5 150 ml/L PGPR from paitan root. The results of this research that has been show that the effect of PGPR concentration of paitan roots of shallot plants on the growth and production has no significant effect to all observation. All parameters are plant height, number of leaves, number of bulbs, bulb diameter, fresh weight and production weight.

PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA KELOMPOK TANI PADI SAWAH DALAM PROGRAM PENINGKATAN PRODUKSI (Studi Kasus Di Kelurahan IX Korong, Kecamatan Lubuk Sikarah Kota Solok)

This research was conducted using the case study method with sampling using saturated sampling or census. The number of respondents in this study was 67 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative descriptive analysis with a Likert scale and qualitative descriptive analysis. From the results of this research, it can be seen that, members of the paddy farmer group participated in the production increase program which included, participation in planning with a score of 614, included in the sufficient participation category, participation in implementation with a score of 1349, included in the participating category, participation in taking benefits with a score of 870 is included in the very participating category, and participation in the evaluation with a score of 606 is in the moderately participating category. Problems faced by meumbers of lowland rice farming groups in the program to increase production include the costs of carrying out farming, lack of knowledge of group members regarding access to technology so that they tend to determine the methods they usually use, and climate change which can expose members' rice to pests and disease.

ANALISIS KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL USAHA TANI BUAH NAGA (Hylocereus sp.) DI NAGARI KACANG KECAMATAN X KOTO SINGKARAK KABUPATEN SOLOK

Research on the financial feasibility analysis of dragon fruit (Hylocereus sp.) farming was carried out in Nagari Kacang, X Koto Singkarak District, Solok Regency. The research aims to determine the farming profile and financial feasibility of dragon fruit farming. The method used is a case study with sampling using the purposive sampling method. The variables observed were cultivation techniques, costs and revenues. Investment criteria used: Net Present Value (NPV), Gross B/C Ratio, Net B/C Ratio, Internal Rate of Returns (IRR), Payback Periods. The sensitivity analysis used is a reduction in production prices of 17%. The conclusion that can be drawn is; Obtained a Gross B/C ratio of 2.62, a Net B/C ratio of 9.4, a NPV value of IDR 799,608,364, and a IRR of 30.88%. Based on the investment criteria, dragon fruit farming is feasible. From the payback analysis, the investment return period takes 5 years and 1 month. From the sensitivity analysis by reducing the price by 17%, an IRR value of 24.85% (IRR>O) is obtained, meaning that the production price decreases by 17%, this farming is still feasible to carry out.

ANALISA PENDAPATAN NELAYAN TANGKAP TRADISIONAL DI DANAU SINGKARAK KABUPATEN SOLOK

This research was conducted using a case study method and sampling was carried out at simple random sampling. The number of samples in this research was 60 samples. The analysis was carried out descriptively and quantitatively. The results of the research show that: 1) The existence of the reserve group in Lake Singkarak plays a role in maintaining the cleanliness of the water environment of Lake Singkarak, ensuring that endemic fish in Lake Singkarak are not rare, prohibiting fishermen from catching fish by using prohibited fishing gear such as poisonous materials, charts, sentrums and other dangerous tools. Meanwhile, the function of the reserve is as a fish sanctuary, preserving rare endemic fish (almost extinct), for example the bilih fish in Lake Singkarak, can be used as a research site for rare endemic biota and several endangered species for breeding. 2) The existence of a real reserve provides a difference in income and profits for traditional fishing fishermen around the reserve compared to traditional fishing fishermen who are far from the reserve, with an income difference of IDR. 7,776,000 and the profit difference is IDR. 9,171,547 or with a percentage of 52.11%.
