Analisa Ekonomi Usahatani Jahe Di Nagari Jawi-Jawi Kecamatan Gunung Talang Kabupaten Solok

Abstract

Research on "Economic Analysis of Ginger Farming in Nagari Jawi-Jawi, Gunung Talang District, Solok Regency" aims to determine acceptance, income, and profits as well as the problems faced by ginger farmers in Nagari Jawi-Jawi, Gunung Talang District, Solok Regency. The method used in this study is the case study method. The sampling technique is saturated samples. The data analysis used is acceptance, income, profit analysis, B/C Ratio analysis and descriptive analysis. The results showed that the average income of large yellow ginger farmers per hectare during one planting season was Rp. 64,817,276.6, - while small yellow ginger farmers were Rp. 77,966,056. - and large yellow ginger farmers' income was Rp. 60,394,805.6, - and small yellow ginger farmers were Rp. The profit for the big yellow ginger farmers is IDR 54,215,606.6 per hectare, while the small yellow ginger farmers get a profit of IDR 69,816,823 per hectare planted. B/C analysis ratio of big yellow ginger farming is 5.1, and small yellow ginger farming is 8.1. So the B/C ratio is> 1, which means that the farming of large yellow ginger and small yellow ginger in Nagari Jawi–Jawi, Gunung Talang District, Solok Regency is feasible. The problems ginger farmers face in Nagari Jawi-Jawi, Gunung Talang District, and Solok Regency are the lack of attention from the government / related agencies and limited capital from farmers.
