Abstract

The analysis of the benefits of partnerships refers to the concept of developing business partnerships from the Ministry of Agriculture (2002). An analysis of the benefits of the partnership is carried out to find out how far the effectiveness of the partnership is based on an analysis of the partnership management process itself. The benefits of the partnership itself consist of: 1) Economic Benefits: Revenue, Productivity, Price, Marketing, 2) Technical Benefits: Quality, Mastery of technology. This research is entitled Analysis of the Benefits of PPO Santiago (Organic Farmers Association) for Organic Red Rice Farmers in Kenagarian Sarik Alahan Tigo, Hiliran Gumanti Subdistrict, Solok Regency, which aims to determine the benefits of the Santiago PPO collaboration (Organic Farmers Association) for organic brown rice farmers. 1) Know the profile of PPO Santiago, 2) Know the forms of cooperation that PPO Santiago has with organic brown rice farmers. 3) Knowing the benefits of cooperation for farmers. This research was conducted using a case study method and sampling was carried out by means of simple random sampling. The number of samples in this study amounted to 47 samples. Analysis was carried out by: 1) Quantitatively with an unweighted price index, 2) Quantitative descriptive. The results of the study show that: The form of cooperation that is carried out is mutually beneficial between PPO Santiago and farmers. Economic benefits include: 1) Productivity, showing an increase of 59.375%. 2) Price, grain per kilogram Rp. 6,500, rice per kilogram Rp. 12,500, while the non-organic market price, grain per kilogram is Rp.
4,000, and rice per kilogram Rp. 8,000, an increase in grain prices of 62.5%, rice prices an increase of 56.25%. 3 3) Marketing, a. direct line b. Indirect path. Technical benefits include: 1) Product quality, land preparation to post-harvest under the supervision of PPO Santiago, on average farmers follow 100%. 2) Mastery of technology, the average percentage of sample farmers' mastery of technology is 74.9%.
