ANALISIS EFISIENSI EKONOMI USAHATANI KUBIS DI KENAGARIAN SUNGAI NANAM DAN KENAGARIAN ALAHAN PANJANG KECAMATAN LEMBAH GUMANTI KABUPATEN SOLOK

Abstract

Research on the analysis of the efficiency of cabbage farming in Sungai Nanam Kenagarian and Alahan Panjang Kenagarian, Lembah Gumanti District, Solok Regency. Aims to analyze the efficiency of cabbage farming in Sungai Nanam Kenagarian and Alahan Panjang District, Solok Regency. This research uses case study method. Data analysis used is a regression model using the Cobb-Douglas production function followed by economic efficiency, technical efficiency, price efficiency. Based on the results of this study it can be seen that the technical efficiency value is 0.43, this means that cabbage farming in Kenagarian Sungai Nanam and Kenagarian Alahan Panjang is not technically efficient because the value is less than 1 and the price efficiency is 5.95, this means that cabbage farming in Kenagarian Sungai Nanam and Kenagarian Alahan Panjang are not efficient in price because their value is more than 1, while the economic efficiency is 2.56. This means that cabbage farming in Kenagarian Sungai Nanam and Kenagarian Alahan Panjang is not economically efficient because the value is more than 1. Based on the scale of cabbage farming in Sungai Nanam Kenagarian and Alahan Panjang Kenagarian, Lembah Gumanti District, Solok Regency is area 1 where the business scale is 14.96 if the PM value is > 1 so it can be said that the use of production factors is not efficient, meaning that maximum profit cannot be obtained.
