Abstract

This research aims to determine influence of perfomance of the permanent emlpoyees and
outsourcing employees on job satisfaction in RSUD Solok. Job satisfaction is a positive attitude of
employees towards their work. In work units, employees face various situations, concerning relations
with collaguest, at the dirrection of superiors, with reward received, and opportunities for
promotion, one of the factors that influence it is performance.
The location of this research is RSUD Solok and the subject is employees of RSUD Solok. This
research uses a type of descriptive correlative approach. The population all permanent employees
and outsourcing totaling 354 people. The sample purposive sampling judgement technique of 60
employees. The method of collecting data is by distributing questionnaire to subjects to be filled.
