This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, use of information technology and trust in accounting information systems on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method using a causal approach or associative research, which aims to determine the relationship between variables, either influencing or being influenced. The results showed that there was no influence or relationship between the independent variable Job Stress (X1) and the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y). For the use of Information Technology (X2) there is an influence or relationship on Employee Performance (Y). For Trust in Accounting Information Systems (X3) there is no influence or relationship on Employee Performance (Y). Based on the F test simultaneously there isa significant effect or relationship between Job Stress (X1), Use of Information Technology (X2) and Trust in Accounting Information Systems (X3) on Employee Performance (Y).
