Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the design of the room to the growing consumer interest in D'Relazion Restaurant. The population in this study is the interest of consumers D'Relazion Restaurant encountered during surveys or questionnaires implemented. The sample is determined by purposive sampling method in order to obtain 30 samples in this study which is the
visitor of the restaurant. The data used is qualitative. The analytical method used is the validity, reliability, simple regression, t test, and tester. Based on the analysis that has been done by using simple linear regression analysis obtained by the regression equation Y = 7.881 + 0,701X, meaning that states that the design of the room positive influence on consumer interest in D'Relazion Restaurant Solok, increasing design is done will also increase consumer in the Restaurant D'Realazion. While the analysis of determination R2 obtained R value of 0.566 and the value of R Square o, 320 which means that the room design effect
of 32.0% against the interests of consumers D'Relazion Restaurant Solok. And from the t test results stating that the design of the room significantly influence consumer interest in D'Relazion Restaurant Solok.
