This study aims to determine the impact of co-workers and social support on employee creativity in the Solok City Convection UMKM in 2018. Using multiple linear analysis techniques, the type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of the Convection of Solok City. While the sample of this study was determined using the total sampling method, so that 54 employees were obtained as samples. The type of data used is primary data. The results of this study indicate that, coworkers partially have a significant effect on employee creativity on Solok City convection. Social support partially has a significant effect on employee creativity in Convection of Solok City. Social Support affects employee creativity partially. Co-workers and Social Support simultaneously or jointly influence employee creativity. And there are still many variables that affect
employee performance with a percentage of 45.5%.
