Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of labor experience and technologies to volume production in a bread factory in Solok Mesra Saints. Labor and technology experience is very important, because with the experience of labor and technology will be able to provide benefits for a company that does production. This research was conducted at one of the private entities. This study uses data sources is secondary data with the data of 2011 - 2015. In order to determine the effect of variable labor experience and technologies to volume production variables, multiple linear regression analysis were processed using SPSS version 22.0. The results of multiple regression analysis of the importance of the equation: Y = 186032,163+ 27992,619X1 + 1072,981X2 + e, which means that the variable labor experience effect on the volume of production and technology variables positively affects the volume of production. udging from the R value of 0.997, the obtained value of the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.994, which means labor experience and technology impact of 99.4% to the volume of production in the bakery Holy Mesra in Solok, and 0.6% are influenced by other factors, F obtained from test analysis calculated F value of 157,529 and obtained F table at 19.00 which means that if F count> F table, calculated F value of 157,529> F table at 19.00 (157,529> 19.00), which means that the variable labor and technology experience a significant effect on the volume of production at the bakery Holy Mesra in Solok.
