Abstract

The location of this research was conducted at PT. Tiga Raksa Satria Tbk Solok. The purpose of this study was held to determine the impact of giving rewards and long working hours to the career development of employees of PT. Tiga Raksa Satria Tbk Solok. From the population there are samples using a total sampling of 30 respondents, data collection methods used with data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and observations.
