Abstract

The health social security organizing body (BPJS Kesehatan) is a public legal entity that is responsible to the president and has the function of organizing a health social security program (BPJS Kesehatan) mandated by the government to operate the BPJS Kesehatan on the BPJS Act. The purpose of this study was to determine Analysis of Employee Performance and Work Experience
on Competency-Based Career Development in Solok City Health Board Office. The object of research is BPJS Health employees. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The sample in this study were 35 BPJS Health employees.
