This research was conducted in the tofu factory industry in Solok City. The purpose of this study was held to determine the effect of the number of workers and working hours on the total production of tofu industry centers in Solok City. From the population a sample of 5 factories was taken, data collection methods used were interviews and observations. Based on multiple regression analysis of the variables of the number of workers and working hours on the amount of production in the tofu industry in Solok City Y = 201,789 + 0,892 X1 + 0,473 X2 + e. From the t test performed on the X1 variable the number of workers has a significant effect on the amount of production with a variable value of 3,877> ttable 2,052 and a significant value of 0,001 <0,5. X2 working hours variable has a significant effect on the number of production 2,531> ttable 2,052 and the value of a significant level
of 0,018 <0,05. From the F test conducted that the number of labor and working hours has a simultaneous effect on the number of production F count 33,972> from Ftable 3.34 with a significant value of 0,000 <0,05. From the results of the analysis of the determination coefficient obtained R Square of 0.846 or 84.6%. This indicates that the variable contribution to the number of workers and working hours is 84.6% and 15.4% is influenced by other variables.
