Analisis Dampak Karakteristik Individu Dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap Tugas Dan Tanggung Jawab Karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is determine the impact of biographical characteristics and work facilities on the duties and responsibilities of employees at PT. Tigaraksa Satria, Tbk Solok Branch. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling method in this study is total sampling so that the total population is equal to the number of samples of 30 respondents. The results showed that the biographical characteristics and work facilities had an impact on the duties and responsibilities of PT. Tigaraksa Satria, Tbk Solok Branch. The results of the determination coefficient obtained a value of 0.526, this number indicates that 52.6% of the task variables and employee responsibilities can be explained by biographical characteristics and work facilities while the remaining 47.4% is explained by other variables not examined in this study such as skills and reward.
