Dampak Keterampilan Dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Jumlah Produksi Batako

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of skills and work experience on the amount of brick production. This study used a sample of 30 respondents. Respondents of this study were business owners and employees of brick-making businesses in Solok City. The type of data used includes data quality test, multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic 25 software. Based on multiple regression analysis of the variables Skills and Work Experience have an effect on the amount of brick production Y = 3.452 + 0.304X_1 + 0.202X_2 + e. The results of this study indicate that (1) Skills have a positive and significant effect on the amount of brick production. This is evidenced by using the t test with a tcount of 3.562> 2.05183 besides that it has a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. (2) Work Experience has a positive and significant effect on the number of brick-based production. This is evidenced by using the t test with a tcount of 2.992> 2.05183 besides that it has a significant value of 0.006 <0.05. From the F test conducted, it was found that skills and work experience had a simultaneous effect on the amount of brick production F counted 21.347> from the F table, which was 3.35 or a significance level of F of 0.000 <0.05. From the test of determination, the R square value is 0.613 or 61.3 %%. This indicates that the contribution of the skills and work experience variables is 61.5%. While the remaining 38.7% is influenced by other variables.
