This research was conducted at the Sawahlunto Underground Mining Training Center to determine how much influence the application of job analysis has on the performance of the State Civil Service (ASN) at the Underground Mining Training Center.
In this study, the population is all ASN employees, amounting to 29 people. With the sampling technique using total sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire / questionnaire.Based on the results of the Multiple Linear Regression
analysis of the variable job description and job requirements on ASN performance Y = 10,777 + 0,215 X1 + 0,60 X2 + e. From the t test conducted, it was found that the X1 variable in the job description had no significant effect on performance with a t value of
2,984>2,0555 and sig 0,008 < α 0,05, thus Ho was rejected and H1 was acepted. The variable of job requirements X2 has a significant effect on performance with t count value 2,888 >0,05 and sig 0,008 < α 0,05 Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted. From the f-test conducted, it was found that the job description and job requirements simultaneously had no effect on employee performance with f count 28,317 > 3,35 and a significant level of 0,000 < 0.05, so Ho was rejected and H3 was accepted.
