Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat X Koto Singkarak. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat X Koto Singkarak, amounting to 31 people and 31 people were sampled.This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between self-aasctualization needs, appreciation and social needs on the work performance of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat X Koto Singkarak employees. The method used in this study is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the analysis that has been done, it is found that Y = 3,745+ 0,540X1-0,013X2+0,332X3+e, which means that the variable self-actualization needs gas a positive effect on employee work performance, while the reward variable has no effect on employee work performance and the social needs variable also has a positive effect employee
performance. Seen from the value of R (Square) 0,588%, which means that the need for selfactualization, appreciation and social needs has an effect of 58,8% on the work performance of employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat X Koto Singkarak while 41,2% is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study. From the F-test analysis, the calculated Fcount value is 12,826% and the Ftable is 3,30% (12,826% > 3,30), which means that the need for self-actualization, appreciation and social needs together have a significant effect on employee performance PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat X Koto Singkarak.
