Work from home, namely working from each home, through the ability to use learning technology is
still implemented. Sometimes teachers are confused about how to prepare material when learning
online because teachers are used to learning in class, not all teachers are able to learn remotely.
This is the background of the research: The impact of work from home policies and the ability to use
technology on the work of teachers at SMPN 3 Kota Solok. The objectives of this study include: To
determine the effect of the work from home policy on teacher work. This is to determine the effect of
the ability to use technology on teacher work. This is to determine the effect of work from home
policies and technological capabilities on teacher work. The method used in this research is
quantitative. The population in this study were teachers of SMPN 3 Kota Solok with a total sample
of 33 teachers, namely the total sampling technique of the entire population into the sample. The
analysis technique used in this research is instrument test, determination coefficient test, multiple
linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis that has been obtained Y =
11.887 + 0.045 + 0.584 and the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) 0.430, which
means that work from home and the ability to use technology have an effect on 43% while the
remaining 57% is influenced by other variables. and the t test of 0.365 work from home has no effect
on teacher work and 4.033 the ability to use technology has an effect on teacher work. From the Ftest analysis, it is obtained that the F count is 11.3> F table 3.32, which means that the work from
home variable and the ability to use technology together have an effect on teacher work results.
