Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pengembangan Agrowisata Batu Patah Payo Di Kota Solok

Abstract

This research was conducted at Agro-tourism Batu Patah Payo, Solok City. The purpose of this study
was to determine whether human resources, facilities and infrastructure, stakeholder support had
an effect on the development of Agro-tourism in Batu Patah Payo, Solok City. The research method
used is the method of incidental sampling technique, where anyone who happens to meet the
researcher can be used as a sample. From this population, 100 respondents were taken, the data
collection method used observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the multiple linear
regression coefficient test can be the equation Y = 18,172 + 0,009 (X1) + 0,290 (X2) + 0,249 (X3),
so it can be said that the independent variables, namely HR, Facilities and Infrastructure,
Stakeholder Support collectively have a unidirectional relationship with the sign. positive towards
the development of Batu Patah Payo agro-tourism. The results of the coefficient of determination
(R2) obtained a value of 0.252 that the contribution between the variables of HR, Facilities and
Infrastructure, Stakeholder Support is 0.252 or 25.2% and is influenced by other variables (100-
0.252) is 74.8% of the variables not examined in the study this. The results of HR tcount 0.069
<1.985, which means that the HR variable (X1) has no and insignificant effect on the development
of agro-tourism (Y). The result of the tcount of Facilities and Infrastructure (X2) is 2,648> 1,985,
which means that the variables of Facilities and Infrastructure have a significant and significant
effect on the development of agro-tourism. Result of Stakeholder Support2,386> 1,985, which means
that the Stakeholder Support variable (X3) has an effect and is significant on agro-tourism
development. And the f test result is 10.776> f table 2.70 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. The
large value of the ftable value and a significant value less than 0.05 indicates that Human Resources
(X1), Facilities and Infrastructure (X2) and Stakeholder Support (X3) simultaneously or jointly have
an effect on and significant to the dependent variable, namely Agro-tourism Development.
