ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Structure and Return On Investment on Company Value in Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Sub-Sector Service Companies with a sample of 18 tourism, hotel and restaurant sub-sector companies registered in Indonesia using the Purposive Sampling method for the period 2018 - 2020.
Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be concluded that the capital structure partially has no significant effect on firm value in the tourism, hotel and restaurant sub-sector service companies studied. This is evidenced by using the t test with a significant value of 0.383 > 0.05 and the value of tcount is 0.881 < ttable 2.008. So it can be concluded that the capital structure has no significant effect on firm value. Based on statistical analysis, it can be concluded that the Return On Investment partially does not have a significant effect on firm value in the tourism, hotel and restaurant sub-sector service companies. This is evidenced by using the t-test with a significant value of 0.457 > 0.05 and the value of tcount [-0.749] < ttable 2.008. So it can be concluded that Return On Investment has no significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, Capital Structure and Return On Investment have no effect on firm value in the tourism, hotel and restaurant sub-sector service companies studied. This is evidenced by using the F test with a significant value of 0.437 > 0.05 and the value of Fcount 0.840 < Ftable 3.18. This can be seen from the R Square value of 0.028 or 2.8% and is influenced by other variables that have not been studied by 97.2%.
